Maria's Sketch Challenge #38 - 10-12-09



Hello Friends!! We're on Challenge #38 and this week's challenge is a sketch! How simple is that? Have you started on you Christmas cards already? Well, we've made 38 so far. We were creating Christmas cards all year long . . .we started in January. I can't believe that it's almost the end of year. Time sure flies quickly. Don't you wish it could slow down a bit?

Maria's Sketch Challenge #34 - 09-14-09


Hello Friends!!! It's that time again!! Yes! It's challenge time again and we are on our 34th challenge! Awesome! Each week when I have to make a Christmas card for the challenges, it would get me excited to think that we're that much closer to the holidays. Can you feel it in the air? It's getting exciting, huh?

Well, this week. . .our challenge will be an easy one. It's a sketch challenge! Yay! Why don't you play along this week and get your Christmas and holiday cards out of the way. Before you know it, the holidays will be at your door step!

Maria's Sketch Challenge #30 - 08-17-09

Hey Friends! This week is Maria's (me) week to host a challenge! It's strange talking about myself in the third person. . Anyway, this week's challenge is a sketch challenge! Easy, huh? Okay. . .there's approximately 4 months to go before the holidays roll in and if you create one card a week, you'll be making approximately 16 cards or so. Well, we're already on week 30 so that means we've already created 30 cards. Wow, that's not bad!! Well, you still have time so play along with us and together we can get our Christmas cards done so we won't stress out when the holidays roll around.

Maria's Sketch Challenge #26 - 07-20-2009


Hey Friends!! It's challenge time again!! Whoohoo! It's my (Maria) turn to host this week's challenge! I decided to go easy this week and do a sketch challenge!! Simple, huh? Well, we're now on week #26. Just to let you know, starting this week. . .each Thursday, we'll be doing an extra challenge. The challenges will be primarily sketches and the challenge will be to create multiple (3 to 5) cards, assembly style meaning your card design will be the same. Be sure to stop by on Thursday if you want to play along!!

Okay back to this week's challenge. . .like I said, it's a sketch challenge. You can create a gate fold or a card jacket if you want.. My card is actually a jacket and I plan to add an insert. . .which I haven't done yet. You can also just create a regular card like some of our designers did. . .it's up to you!!
