Hi I have been trying to contact Valou but no luck. I don't have outlook so I sent an email from my gmail account. Is there any other way of contacting her?

Hi Emma - really interested to hear you've been trying to contact Valou - with no success. I won the challenge before the one you won and I'm still waiting to hear about my prize. I sent Valou a couple of e-mails, with a gap between them, and she told me she had passed my details to Patricia. I've since e-mailed her too - and I've heard nothing.
It's very frustrating when someone doesn't get back to you - I don't know what to do about it now.
